In short

A 1Namecard digital namecard is a web page for one person, with a photo, contact buttons, a Save contact button, a lead form and meeting booking. The visitor needs no app and scans a QR code or opens a link. Every rep gets their own card. Starter includes 3 cards, Team 50 and Business 500.

What it does.

  • Everything a visitor needs on one screen.

A card holds a photo, name, job title, a one-line bio, location, languages, e-mail, mobile, an office line, WhatsApp, Telegram and LinkedIn. Buttons for channels you leave empty are hidden.

  • Save contact as a vCard.

Save contact downloads a file that the phone's contacts app opens. Line breaks and special characters in a name or bio are escaped, so a field cannot add extra lines to the file.

  • Tiles for the channels people use.

Call, WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, e-mail and website tiles sit under the photo. Branding adds up to four more links of your own.

  • An event block for the show you are at.

The current event appears with its stand, venue and dates, then the shows to find you at next. A card shows an event only when its owner attends it, and past events leave the card on their own.

  • A lead form and meeting booking.

The form asks for name, company, work e-mail, phone, role and a note, with a consent box. Book a meeting and Book a call open the slot picker. See lead capture and scheduling.

  • An owner, a QR code and a share button.

Each card has an owner who edits it and sees its leads. Publish card and Unpublish switch the page on and off. Visitors can share the card or copy its link, and each card has its own QR code.

  • Safe renames and deletes.

Rename a slug and the old address keeps working through a redirect. Delete is soft: the page and QR code show not found, the slug stays reserved, and Restore brings the card back as a draft.

A business card with QR code: how the two fit.

The printed card carries the code and the web page carries the details. The visitor scans, taps Save contact and leaves their details if they want a reply. You change the page whenever you like, and the print stays the same.

Roll out cards for a whole team from one CSV.

  • Open Cards, press Import and Download template. It has columns for name, title, e-mail, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, slug, languages, location and bio.
  • Choose your file and press Check file. Nothing is created until you confirm, and each row shows whether it will import.
  • Confirm to create up to 500 cards. New people become members and get a temporary password, shown once.

Questions about this feature.

Do visitors need an app?

No. A card is a web page. Saving the contact uses the phone's own contacts app.

Can a rep edit another rep's card?

No. Members edit their own card and see the leads of their own cards. Owners and admins edit every card. Viewers can read but not change anything.

What happens to a card when someone leaves?

Unpublish or delete it, and the page and its QR code show not found. Leads belong to the organisation, so they stay in your pipeline. A deleted card can be restored.

Can I change a card's address after printing?

Yes. If you rename the slug, the old address redirects to the new one, so printed codes and links keep working.

Try it on your next show.
