In short
Branding in 1Namecard sets how your cards look and read: your logo, an accent colour that passes a 4.5 to 1 contrast check, a light or dark surface, one of seven typeface pairs and your consent wording. Cards live at `<name>.1namecard.com`, and Business adds one custom subdomain such as cards.yourcompany.com.

What it does.
A logo, checked before it is used.
Upload an SVG, PNG or JPEG of up to 2 MB under Settings, Branding. PNG and JPEG are resized to fit 512 px. An SVG is refused, not repaired, if it holds anything outside a small allowlist, such as scripts, images, styles or external references.
An accent colour that stays readable.
Pick any hex colour. The server refuses anything below 4.5 to 1 against the card surface, and the editor shows the ratio as you pick. The accent colours the buttons and the three eyes of your QR code.
Light or dark, and a typeface pair.
Choose a light or a dark card. Pick one of seven typefaces: Geist, Alexandria with Noto Sans, IBM Plex Sans, Space Grotesk, Cormorant Garamond with Lato, DM Serif Display with DM Sans, or Poppins.
Decide what the card shows.
Choose a flat top or a Photo backdrop. Switch Show the event block and Show booking on or off. Add a Legal line, up to four extra links and a Bio template that fills new cards.
Consent wording with a version.
Write your own Consent text. Ending it with the words privacy notice turns them into a link to your Privacy notice URL. Every change creates a new version, and every lead stores the exact wording and version it saw.
Your own address.
Every organisation gets
<name>.1namecard.com. Business adds one custom subdomain: add it under Settings, Domain, copy the CNAME record to your DNS, then press Check now. The certificate is issued automatically.Share images and QR codes follow.
The preview image WhatsApp or LinkedIn show for a card uses your logo, accent and card colour. A live preview shows the real card as you edit, and Reset to defaults takes everything back.

Questions about this feature.
Can I use my own domain for my cards?
Yes, on Business, which includes one custom subdomain such as cards.yourcompany.com. You add one CNAME record at the company that manages your DNS.
Will printed QR codes stop working if I add a domain?
No. Your 1namecard.com address stays on, so codes that carry it keep opening your cards. Only new codes, contact files and short links switch to the new domain.
Why was my accent colour refused?
The server needs a contrast of at least 4.5 to 1 between the accent and the card surface. Choose a darker shade, or switch the card to dark.
Why was my SVG logo refused?
The file holds something outside a small allowlist of shapes, paths and gradients, such as a script, an embedded image or a style block. Export a plain SVG, or upload a PNG.
Do old leads change when I edit the consent wording?
No. Each lead keeps the wording and version it saw. Only leads captured after the change carry the new text.
