In short
1Namecard is for the business behind the viewing: an agency, a developer or a property manager. Each agent has a card, an open day runs as an event with days, hours and an agent team for each day, and each sign board, leaflet or portal advert gets its own short link, so you see which one brought viewers. Team is EUR 88 per month for the organisation, with 50 cards and 200 short links.

Sound familiar?
- Caution: It is Saturday and the sales suite is open.
- Caution: Boards stand on the street, a leaflet went through letterboxes and the flats are listed on portals.
- Caution: People walk in and the agents write names on a clipboard.
- Caution: On Monday you cannot say which advert brought them, and two buyers wanted the same Sunday slot.
- Caution: Many visitors are private individuals, so how you collect their details matters.

What changes for you.
One link per sign board.
Give each board, leaflet, window display and portal listing its own short link to the agent's card. The funnel shows which placements bring viewers and leads. A QR code made from the link can go on the board.
An open day is an event.
Set the venue, the days, the hours for each day, the slot length and the gap between viewings, and choose which agents work which day. The booking button on the card reads Meet at the stand, and a slot that is taken is gone.
Viewings by call as well.
An agent can switch on Book a call with weekly hours for phone or video viewings and questions. The visitor gets a calendar file with the exact time.
A card for each agent.
The card carries your agency's logo and colours, and Save contact, call and WhatsApp buttons. See branding for what you can set.
Consent wording that is yours.
You set the wording beside the consent box, and each lead stores the text and version it saw. The follow-up e-mail goes only to visitors who ticked the box, once you switch it on. See alerts and follow-up.
Warm viewers first.
Leads get a score with reasons, a stage, an owner and a next action date, and the agent gets a Telegram message when a booking arrives.

Saturday open day at a new development.
- Step 1.
Wednesday, set the day.
You create the event: Saturday, 10:00 to 16:00, 20-minute slots with a 10-minute gap, and two agents on the team. You make a link for each of the three boards and the leaflet.
- Step 2.
Saturday, 10:00, a board.
A passer-by scans the code on the board, sees the agent's card and books 11:20. The booking is counted for that board.
- Step 3.
Saturday, 13:00, a walk-in.
A visitor saves the agent's contact, sends the form and ticks the box. The lead arrives with a score and the reasons for it, and the agent sets a next action for Monday.
- Step 4.
Sunday, a call.
A buyer who could not come books a call for the evening through Book a call, and she gets a calendar file with the exact time.
- Step 5.
Monday, the review.
The funnel by placement shows the street board brought more viewers than the leaflet. You e-mail only the visitors who ticked the consent box.
What it does not do.
- Not included: 1Namecard is for business use. The organisation using it, whether an agency, a developer or a property manager, is responsible for its own privacy notice and its lawful basis for the people it collects data from, including private individuals. The consent wording is yours to set and to have checked.
- Not included: There are no integrations with property portals, listing feeds or property CRMs. HubSpot sync is the only native CRM. Others connect through signed webhooks or the API.
- Not included: A slot holds one visitor with one agent. You cannot book a group into a single slot. It is not a listing site, offer tool, tenant screening or payments tool.
- Not included: QR files in the app are for cards. QR codes for short links are in development, so you make the code from the link with your own tool.

What real estate and open days ask.
Can a visitor book without leaving details?
Saving the agent's contact needs no form. To book a slot a visitor gives a name and contact details so the agent can confirm.
Can we e-mail everyone who came?
No, only visitors who ticked the consent box, and only when you have switched the follow-up e-mail on.
Is the card for the agent or for the property?
The card belongs to the agent. Use a short link for each board, leaflet or advert to show which property or placement brought the visitor.
Can several agents cover one open day?
Yes. The event lists the agents on the team and, for several days, which days each one works.
