Everything behind the card.
The face of your sales force is a card. Behind it sit the numbers, the CRM connection, the tracking, your brand and the calendar.
In short
1Namecard has five parts behind the card: team analytics, a HubSpot connection with signed webhooks and an API, tracking from scan to deal, full branding, and meeting scheduling in the visitor's time zone. Every plan has every feature.

Analytics and team performance.
The team leader sees every rep on one page, and which placements bring the leads. By rep, placement or card, for any period or event.

Scans and unique visitors
Counted without cookies. Bots and your own team are left out.
Saves
Every tap on Save contact, by rep and placement.
Leads and meetings
Each with its card, rep, placement and the actions the visitor took.
Conversion
Scan to lead and lead to meeting, with the rate between each step.
Time to first contact
Recorded when a rep first touches a lead, with untouched leads flagged after 48 hours.
Placements that work
One link per badge, roll-up, signature or leaflet, compared side by side.
The live board shows today's counters on a stand screen, refreshed every 10 seconds. The post-show report prints the funnel on one clean page, and every table exports as CSV.
CRM and integrations.
1Namecard captures and qualifies. Your CRM keeps running the pipeline. The connection is one way, from 1Namecard to HubSpot, so nothing is overwritten.

Meeting
Thursday 10:30, stand time
One way, from 1Namecard to your own HubSpot, for leads who ticked the consent box. Nothing is read back.
HubSpot
A native connection with your own private-app token. Contacts, companies, deals, notes and meetings, with owners matched by e-mail and a stage map for your deal pipeline.
Consent rules
By default only leads who ticked the consent box are sent, with the wording and time as properties. A request to delete one e-mail address is passed on to HubSpot.
Signed webhooks
Lead and meeting events signed with HMAC-SHA256 and a timestamp. Failed deliveries are retried with growing delays, and the last twenty can be resent from the admin.
REST API and OpenAPI
Cards, short links, leads, meetings, stats and the funnel, with read or write tokens that can be revoked. The OpenAPI 3.1 document is published with the API.
MCP for AI assistants
Twelve tools over the same tokens: list and read leads, move a stage, assign an owner, add a note, read the funnel.
CSV
Export leads, meetings, cards and short links. Import cards in bulk and upload your customer list so existing customers are flagged.
Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho or anything else connects through the webhooks or the API. A native connection to those is not built yet.
Tracking and the lifecycle.
Five moments, each recorded once and attributed to a rep and a placement. The same numbers feed the funnel, the live board and the report.
Scan
A visit to the card, with its placement, device and country. No cookies, no stored IP address.
Save
The visitor taps Save contact and the vCard goes to their phone.
Lead
The form is sent with the consent wording. Score, owner and notification follow.
Meeting
A slot is booked, and the lead moves to the meeting stage when it is confirmed.
Deal
Qualified or booked leads become a deal in HubSpot. Won and lost close the loop.

Placements. Add ?s=badge to a card link, or make a short link with a UTM builder, and every scan, save and lead carries that placement.
Clean counts. Bots, prefetchers and your own team are left out of every number, with a switch to include internal visits.
Kept for 13 months. Views and clicks are deleted after that. Leads and meetings stay until you delete them.
