In short
1Namecard helps a manufacturer's stand team keep the visitors who stop at a machine, whatever country they come from. Each product line gets its own short link, the fair runs as an event over several days with the right team on each, and follow-up calls show the visitor's time zone as well. Team is EUR 88 per month for the organisation, with 200 short links, 50 cards and 25 users.

Sound familiar?
- Caution: Your stand is in a large hall, the demonstration is loud and the sales cycle runs for months.
- Caution: The visitor at the machine may be an engineer, a buyer or a distributor from another country.
- Caution: Your colleague writes a name on the back of a brochure.
- Caution: When the fair ends, nobody can say which product line drew the most visitors or who asked for a call.

What changes for you.
One link per product line.
Make a short link for each machine, catalogue and brochure. Each opens a rep's card with the product line attached, so the funnel shows which lines drew visitors and leads. A QR code made from the link can go on the machine or in the catalogue.
A team that changes by day.
Set up the fair as an event with its days, hours and time zone, and tick which people work on which day. A card shows the event only if its owner attends, and stand slots are offered only on the days that person is there.
Calls after the fair, in their time zone.
Reps switch on Book a call with weekly hours. When the visitor's time zone differs, each slot shows both times, for example 10:30 Barcelona and 17:30 their time. The calendar file carries the exact moment, so both calendars agree.
Languages listed on the card.
A card lists up to 8 languages that the rep speaks, so a visitor can see who to ask for.
Quiet capture at a loud stand.
A visitor can scan the machine's code, save a contact, send the lead form with consent or request a slot while the demonstration runs. Nobody has to shout over a press.
Results for the whole hall.
The live board shows the stand screen figures. The funnel by rep, placement or card prints as a report, and leads and meetings export as CSV.

Day two of a five-day fair.
- Step 1.
08:45, today's team.
The stand lead checks the event. Three reps are down for Wednesday, so only they offer stand slots today.
- Step 2.
11:00, a demonstration.
While the press runs, a visitor scans the code on the machine. The link counts a scan for that product line and opens the rep's card.
- Step 3.
11:20, the visitor acts.
She saves the contact, sends the form and ticks the consent box. The lead records the placement, the rep and the wording she saw.
- Step 4.
14:00, a buyer from another continent.
He cannot stay for a meeting. He picks Book a call and chooses a slot for next week. Each slot shows both time zones.
- Step 5.
17:30, the end of the day.
The team looks at the live board, then sets a next action on each lead and moves hot ones to qualified.
What it does not do.
- Not included: Cards are web pages, not an app. They need a mobile or Wi-Fi connection. There is no offline mode. If reception in your hall is weak, plan Wi-Fi at the stand and test the code on site.
- Not included: The consent wording is one text for the organisation, set by you. The Languages field lists what a rep speaks and does not translate anything.
- Not included: It does not read organiser badges, and it is not a catalogue, quotation or configuration tool. Your product pages stay on your own website.
- Not included: QR files in the app are for cards. QR codes for short links are in development, so you make the code from the link with your own tool.

What manufacturing and industrial fairs ask.
Can a card show which languages a rep speaks?
Yes. A card can list up to 8 languages that the rep speaks, so visitors know who to ask for.
Does it work without a connection?
No. The card needs a connection to open and to send a form. There is no offline mode.
Can a QR code stay on a machine for years?
Yes, if you do not change the link's key. You can change where the link points, and the printed code keeps working. The admin warns you before you change a key.
Can different reps cover different days?
Yes. The event lists the people on the stand and, for several days, which days each one works.
