In short

1Namecard lead scoring gives every lead a score from 0 to 100, built from what the visitor did: asking for a meeting, saving your contact, tapping call, leaving a phone number. A score of 60 or more is hot and 30 or more is warm. Each lead lists its reasons, then moves through six stages with an owner and a next action.

What it does.

  • Points for what the visitor did.

A meeting request adds 30 points and a saved contact adds 20. Other taps add 5 each, up to 10 in total. The score is worked out when the lead is saved.

  • Points for who they are.

A role that reads as a decision maker adds 15, a phone number 5, and a company domain that is not on your customer list 10. An existing customer takes 20 away.

  • Hot, warm or cold, with reasons.

60 or more is hot, 30 to 59 is warm, lower is cold. The Score panel lists why: meeting, saved contact, engaged, decision maker, new logo, existing customer or phone.

  • Six stages.

New, Contacted, Qualified, Meeting, Won and Lost. Confirming a meeting moves a lead to Meeting if it was earlier. The first move away from New records the time of first contact.

  • An owner and a next action.

Set an owner and a Next action date. Quick filters show leads that are Due today, Overdue or have No contact 48 h. Sort by Highest score or Next action, or Group by company.

  • Bulk moves and a notes timeline.

Select leads and change their stage or owner in one step. Each lead keeps notes and a history of changes, and Activity logs every change by person.

  • Your customers, scored lower.

Upload a CSV of name, domain under Customers. A check shows what will be added or updated, and nothing is saved until you confirm. Leads from those domains are re-scored, and new leads are matched as they arrive.

pipeline stages

How it works in three steps.

  1. Step 01

    Upload your customer list.

Optional. It keeps current customers off the top of the list.

  2. Step 02

Open Leads and sort by score.

Start with the hot band. The reasons tell the rep what the visitor asked for.

  3. Step 03

Set a next action on every lead.

Give each lead an owner and a date, then empty Due today and Overdue.

Who it is for.

Limits by plan.

  • Included: No plan caps the number of leads. Starter has 3 users, Team 25 and Business 200.
  • Included: Members work only the leads of their own cards.

What it does not do yet.

  • Not included: There are no e-mail sequences, no invoices and no forecasts. It is a lead pipeline, not a full CRM. When you need one, connect HubSpot or read how founders use the pipeline.
  • Not included: The points are fixed. You cannot change the weights.
  • Not included: Decision-maker points depend on the role the visitor enters. If your form asks for a company type instead of a job title, they rarely apply.

How a lead score is built
What happenedPoints

Other card taps (call, WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, e-mail, website, share)+5 each, up to +10

A visitor who books a meeting after saving your contact, from a company that is not on your customer list, scores 30 + 20 + 10 = 60. That is hot, and the reasons say why. The total stays between 0 and 100.

A lead pipeline for small sales teams, with a next action.

A score tells you where to start. The pipeline tells you what is left. The three quick filters answer a team leader's Monday questions: what is due, what is late and what nobody has touched in 48 hours. See CRM hygiene after a trade show.

Questions about this feature.

How is the lead score calculated?

A meeting request adds 30, a saved contact 20, other card taps 5 each up to 10, a decision-maker role 15, a new company domain 10 and a phone number 5. An existing customer takes 20 away. The total stays between 0 and 100.

What counts as a hot lead?

A score of 60 or more is hot and 30 to 59 is warm. Lower is cold. Every lead lists the reasons behind its score.

Can I change the points?

No. The weights are fixed. You can change the order of work with the Next action sort, the quick filters and the owner.

Does a lead from an existing customer rank lower?

Yes, by 20 points, once the customer's domain is on your list under Customers. A new upload re-scores matching leads.
