In short

1Namecard is a lead capture tool for trade show stands. Visitors scan a QR code with their own phone to save your contact, send their details with consent or book a meeting slot in their own time zone. You see which placement and which rep brought each lead, on a live board and in a post-show report.

Set the show up once.

Give the event its time zone, its hours for each day and the reps on the stand. Every placement gets its own link, so each badge, banner and leaflet reports separately.

One tracked link per placement: namecard, badge, roll-up, leaflet. See which one brought the lead.

  • Post-show report

A clean printable funnel by rep and placement, and a CSV for finance.

Meetings that cannot clash.

Visitors pick from slots that really exist, shown in their own time zone. Once a slot is booked it is gone for everyone, and the rep sees it in stand time.

  • Leads already in HubSpot

Each consented lead is there with its owner, score and stage, so follow-up starts on Monday.

What exhibitors ask.

Do we need badge scanners?

No. Visitors scan your QR code with their own phone. 1Namecard does not read the organiser's badges.

What if a visitor does not want to share details?

They can still save your contact. A lead is created only when someone sends the form, and it keeps the consent wording they saw. Nothing goes to HubSpot without the consent box ticked, unless you change that setting.

Who can see the live board?

Admins see the whole stand. A member sees the cards they own.

Can we follow up by e-mail afterwards?

Yes, a short e-mail from the rep to visitors who ticked the consent box, once you switch it on for your organisation.

Can one stand have several reps with their own cards?

Yes. Every rep has a card, and the event lists which reps are on the stand, with hours for each day.
