In short

The 1Namecard live board is a real-time trade show dashboard made for a stand screen. It shows today's card views, saves, leads and meeting requests, a sparkline of the last ten minutes and the last 30 events, and it refreshes every 10 seconds. It shows no IP address and no visitor name. Every plan includes it.

What it does.

  • Four counters for today.

Card views today, Saves today, Leads today and Meetings today sit across the top in large type, sized to be read from a few metres away. Today is counted on Barcelona time.

  • A sparkline of the last ten minutes.

Card views per minute for the last ten minutes, with the total beside it, show whether the stand is busy right now or has gone quiet.

  • The last 30 events.

Each row names what happened, such as Card view, Saved contact, Tapped WhatsApp, New lead or Meeting request. It adds the card, the placement, the device (iPhone, Android or Desktop) and the country. A lead or a meeting request shows the card only, never the visitor's name.

  • Refreshes every 10 seconds.

The board asks for fresh numbers every 10 seconds. It pauses while its tab is hidden and refreshes once when you come back. If the first read fails it tries again soon instead of waiting.

  • Made to fit a screen.

The board has no menus and is sized to the window, so it fits 1920 by 1080 and 1280 by 720 without scrolling. On a phone it stacks into two columns.

  • Only real people, only your cards.

Known bots, browser prefetchers and staff visits are left out of the counters and the feed. Owners, admins and viewers see the whole organisation. Members see only their own cards. Every role may open the board.

How it works in three steps.

  1. Step 01

    Open Live.

Choose Live in the sidebar, or the Live tab on a phone, while you are signed in.

  2. Step 02

Put it on the stand screen.

Use the browser's full-screen mode on a laptop or tablet. A second screen or a TV on an HDMI cable works too.

  3. Step 03

    Watch the placements.

Let the team see the feed. A burst of views from one placement tells you what is working before the show ends.

Who it is for.

  • Exhibitors.

A screen at the stand that shows the team how busy it is, and which cards and placements are bringing the scans.

  • Sales teams.

Every rep's card counted in one view. A rep who is a member sees only their own cards, so they can open the board on a phone and watch their own numbers.

  • Founders and small teams.

A laptop on the table is enough for a screen, on the free Starter plan.

Limits by plan.

  • Included: Every plan includes the live board, with the same counters.
  • Included: Members see only their own cards. Owners, admins and viewers see the whole organisation.

What it does not do yet.

  • Not included: The board needs a signed-in login. There is no public link that shows it without signing in.
  • Not included: It counts card views, not unique people. The funnel and Analytics show unique visitors.
  • Not included: It makes no sound. For an alert on a phone, use Telegram or Slack alerts.
  • Not included: The day on the board runs on Barcelona time, whatever your organisation's time zone.

A live lead counter for a trade show stand screen: set it up.

  1. Step 1.

Create a login for the screen with the Viewer role. A viewer can open the board and sees the whole organisation, but cannot change anything, so a stand screen never holds an admin session.

  2. Step 2.

Sign in on the laptop or tablet, open Live and switch the browser to full screen.

  3. Step 3.

Turn off sleep and screen savers, and plug the device into power.

  4. Step 4.

Check the board the day before: open a card on your phone and watch the view appear within 10 seconds.

Visits flagged as staff are left out of the board, so testing your own cards does not add to the numbers.

The board is for the day. For the whole show, use the funnel and its print report, which counts unique visitors and the rates between each step. The guide on the booth staffing schedule shows how to use the quiet and busy hours the board reveals.

Questions about this feature.

How often does the live board refresh?

Every 10 seconds. It pauses while the tab is hidden and refreshes once when you return to it.

Does the board show visitors' names or IP addresses?

No. It shows the event, the card, the placement, the device and the country. A lead or a meeting request shows the card only, never a name.

Who can open the live board?

Every role, once signed in. Owners, admins and viewers see the whole organisation, and members see only their own cards.

Can I show the board on a TV without signing in?

No. The board needs a signed-in login. Create a Viewer login for the screen and sign in on the device that drives it.

Does it count my own team and bots?

No. Known bots, prefetchers and staff visits are left out of the counters and the feed.
