In short
Trade show analytics by rep in 1Namecard is two pages and a report. Analytics counts card views and short-link clicks. Funnel follows each visit through saves, leads, meetings, qualified leads and won deals, grouped by rep, placement or card. Counting sets no cookies, leaves out bots and your own team, and keeps 13 months of history.

What it does.
Count views and clicks without cookies.
Analytics shows card views and short-link clicks by day, or by hour for a single day. Unique visitors come from a daily-salted hash of address and browser. No cookie is set and no IP address is stored. Bots and your own team are left out.
Show when and where people look.
A weekday by hour heatmap shows when cards get scanned. Breakdowns cover source or placement, referrer, country, city, device, browser and language. Filter by card or link.
Follow every visit to a won deal.
Funnel counts views, unique visitors, saves, leads, meeting requests, qualified leads and won deals, with the rate between steps. Pick 7, 30 or 90 days, your event dates, or a custom range up to 366 days.
Compare reps on one page.
Group by Rep (card owner) and every rep gets a row, including the median time from a lead arriving to its first stage change. A rep who answers in 9 minutes and one who takes 3 hours are easy to tell apart.
Compare placements side by side.
Group by Placement to compare badge QR codes, roll-ups, signatures and leaflets. Each is a short link or a
?s=code that travels with the visit into the lead.Find leads nobody has touched.
The Leads list has quick filters Due today, Overdue and No contact 48 h. The last lists new leads with no first contact after two days.
Print it or export it.
Print report gives one white page with your organisation name. Export CSV is on both pages. The API and MCP server return the same numbers.

When people look: weekday by hour
Barcelona time, the zone the admin uses. Bots and your own team are left out.
Who it is for.
Sales leaders
You need per rep numbers before the debrief.
Exhibitor marketers
You must show which stand assets earned their cost.
Founders at a first stand
You want one honest page on what the show produced.
Limits by plan.
- Included: Every plan has Analytics, Funnel and the print report.
- Included: Views and clicks are kept for 13 months, then deleted. Leads and meetings stay until you delete them.
What it does not do yet.
- Not included: Placement figures compare placements with each other. They are not exact accounting: a rate can pass 100 percent when many leads arrive without a placement.
- Not included: Unique visitors are approximate. A person who visits on two days counts twice.
- Not included: Days and hours follow Barcelona time, and nothing is e-mailed on a schedule.
Sales team performance per rep, on one page.
Each digital business card belongs to one person, so the card owner is the rep and per rep numbers need no extra setup. The Funnel table has a row per rep and a total row. The Dashboard adds 7 day totals and a 30 day table per card.
| Column | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Views, Unique | Counted card views, and distinct daily visitors |
| Saves, Leads | Save contact taps and lead forms, as a rate of views |
| Meetings, Qualified, Won | Meeting requests, then leads at qualified or beyond, then won |
| First contact | Median time from a lead arriving to its first stage change |
Print the post-show report on one clean page.
The post-show report is the Funnel without the menus: your organisation name, the funnel, the table, the top 10 leads by score and the next 10 actions due. It prints on A4 and says whether staff visits were included.
Who sees which numbers.
- Owners and admins see every card and short link.
- Viewers read everything but cannot export.
- Members see their own cards only, and no link analytics.
Questions about this feature.
Does 1Namecard use cookies to count visitors?
No. Unique visitors come from a hash of address and browser that changes daily. No cookie is set and no IP address is stored.
Can I see the numbers for one rep only?
Yes. On Funnel, group by rep and read that row. On Analytics, filter to that rep's card.
Are bots and my own team counted?
No. Bots, prefetchers and staff visits are stored but left out of every count. The Include internal switch brings staff visits back.
How long is the history kept?
Views and short-link clicks are kept for 13 months. Leads and meetings stay until you delete them.
