Read card and link analytics.

Choose what to look at.

   In Card or link, choose All cards, one card, All short links or one link, shown as Link /key. Members only see their own cards here.

   In Period, choose Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Custom range. For a custom range fill in From (custom) and To (custom). The longest range is 366 days.

   Step 4.

   Tick Include internal to count staff visits as well, for example while you test. They are left out by default, and bots are never counted.

   Press Apply. Days run on Barcelona time. One day is shown by hour, a longer range by day.

From a short link's edit page, the Analytics link opens this page already filtered to that link.

Read the page.

• Counters for cards: Views, Unique visitors, Saved contact, Leads, Meeting requests and Contact taps.
• Counters for short links: Clicks, Unique visitors, Redirected and Fallback, disabled or expired.
• The series chart shows views or clicks by day, or by hour for a single day.
• When people look: weekday by hour is a heatmap. Use it to plan staffing and the hours you send traffic.
• Where they come from, and on what lists Source or placement, Referrer, Country, City, Device, Browser, Operating system, Language and In-app browser. Short links add Served.

Unique visitors is approximate. It counts distinct daily-salted hashes of address and browser, so the same person on two days counts twice. Views and clicks are kept for 13 months.

Export the events.

Press Export CSV to download the events behind the page for the same filters. The file stops at 50,000 rows and says "Export limited to 50,000 rows" when it is cut. It has no visitor hashes and no addresses. Members export their own cards only, and viewers cannot export.
