In short
1Namecard gives each recruiter on your stand a digital namecard with a booking link, and records everyone who sends their details together with the consent wording they saw. Leads move through six stages that you map to your own recruiting words. It is not an applicant tracking system and it does not read CVs. Team is EUR 88 per month for the organisation, with 50 cards and 25 users.

Sound familiar?
- Caution: Your stand at a graduate fair has ten recruiters and a queue.
- Caution: Students want to leave their details and find a time to talk, and you are collecting paper CVs and handwritten e-mail addresses.
- Caution: The people in front of you are individuals, not companies.
- Caution: What you ask them, what they agree to and how long you keep it matters more than it does for a sales lead.

What changes for you.
A card for each recruiter.
A student scans the QR code and gets the recruiter's name, role, e-mail and phone, with Save contact. Each recruiter has a card of their own, in your colours.
Interviews and calls from real hours.
Run the fair as an event with days, hours and a slot length, or switch on Book a call for weekly hours. Slots show in the event's time zone with one tap to see them in the student's own, a taken slot is gone and each booking comes with a calendar file.
Consent wording you write.
You set the wording shown beside the consent box in the branding settings. Every lead stores the exact text and its version. Write it for students: say what you will do with their details.
Stages in your own words.
The pipeline has six fixed stages: new, contacted, qualified, meeting, won and lost. Agree what each means for your team, for example that qualified means shortlisted, and write it down. Each lead also has an owner, a next action date and notes.
A placement for each fair.
Give each fair, poster and careers page its own short link. The funnel shows which brought people to your stand, by recruiter and by placement.
Pass people on to your own system.
Each new lead can go out as a signed webhook, through the REST API or as a CSV export. Your developers can feed that into your applicant tracking system if it accepts input that way.

A two-day graduate fair.
- Step 1.
Two weeks before, set up.
You create the event with two days, opening hours and the recruiters on each day. You write the consent wording and have it checked by your data protection lead.
- Step 2.
Day one, 10:20, a student scans.
She saves the recruiter's contact and sends her name, e-mail and a short note. She ticks the consent box. The lead stores the wording she saw.
- Step 3.
Day one, 14:00, an interview slot.
A second student taps Book a call and picks next Wednesday at 11:00. The slot shows both time zones, and the recruiter sees the booking in the agenda.
- Step 4.
Day two, the pipeline.
Recruiters move leads to contacted or meeting and set a next action. The team lead filters by Overdue each morning.
- Step 5.
The week after, hand over and clean up.
You pass the people you want to progress to your applicant tracking system by export or webhook. If someone asks, an admin uses Delete all data for this email.
What it does not do.
- Not included: 1Namecard is not an applicant tracking system. It does not parse CVs, take applications, run screening questions, score candidates for a job or manage offers.
- Not included: The lead form has a fixed set of fields: name, company, work e-mail, phone, role and a note. It was built for business contacts, so check it against what you want to ask candidates before the fair.
- Not included: Candidates are individuals. You are responsible for your notice, your lawful basis and how long you keep the details. Leads stay until you delete them. Keep sensitive information out of the note field and get your own legal advice.
- Not included: HubSpot sync is built for sales contacts, companies and deals. It may not be your applicant tracking system, so check before you switch it on.

What recruiting fairs ask.
Does it read CVs or replace our applicant tracking system?
No. It captures contact details with consent and books time slots. You pass people on to your own system by CSV, webhook or the REST API.
Can we delete a candidate's details on request?
Yes. An admin can delete all data for one e-mail address from the lead page. If HubSpot is connected, 1Namecard also asks HubSpot once to delete that contact. Backups taken before the deletion are not changed.
Can students book an interview in their own time zone?
Yes. Slots are shown in the event's time zone with one tap to see them in the student's own zone.
Can we add our own questions to the form?
Not today. The form has a fixed set of fields and a consent box with wording you set.
