Where in the app
Funnel, then Print report

In short

You will have a printed or PDF funnel report for the period you chose, grouped the way you need it. If your role may export, you will also have a CSV of the same numbers.

Steps checked

Build the report.

  1. Step 1.

Open Funnel in the sidebar. On a phone, tap More, then Funnel under Pipeline.

  2. Step 2.

In Period, choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Current event dates or Custom range. For a custom range, fill in From (custom) and To (custom). The longest range is 366 days.

  3. Step 3.

In Group by, choose Rep (card owner), Placement, Card or All together. Rep shows which person's cards brought what. Placement shows which banner, badge or leaflet did.

  4. Step 4.

Leave Include internal unticked for show numbers. Tick it only to count staff visits, for example when you were testing.

  5. Step 5.

Press Apply. The line under the filters shows the dates and says Barcelona time.

  6. Step 6.

Check the totals: Card views, Unique visitors, Saved contact, Leads, Meeting requests, Qualified, Won and Median to first contact.

  7. Step 7.

Press Print report. The report opens as a plain white page with your organisation name, the period and the grouping.

  8. Step 8.

Press Print or save as PDF, then choose a printer or Save as PDF in your browser's print dialog. The page is set up for A4.

  9. Step 9.

For a spreadsheet, go back with Back to the funnel and press Export CSV. You get one row per group and a final Total row.

What is in the report.

  • The funnel from views to won deals, with the totals.
  • A table by rep, placement or card: views, unique visitors, saves, leads, meetings, qualified, won, view to lead and first contact.
  • Top 10 leads by score and Next 10 actions due, with name, company, score, stage, owner and card. No e-mail addresses or phone numbers are printed.
  • A footer that explains the numbers: unique visitors are approximate, qualified counts leads now at qualified, meeting or won, and first contact is the median time to the first stage change.

Common problems.

Nothing in this period means no counted views, leads or meeting requests match the filters. Try a longer period, or include internal traffic if you were testing. If you chose Current event dates and see There is no current event with dates, so the last 30 days are shown., add dates to the event first. A custom range needs both dates, otherwise you get Pick both dates for a custom range. The last 30 days are shown.

Common questions.

Why are unique visitors only approximate?

1Namecard does not use cookies on visitors. It counts a daily-salted hash of address and browser, so a person who visits on two days counts twice.

Can a member print the report?

Yes, for their own cards only. The report says Your cards only in its header. A member can also export the funnel CSV, with their own numbers.

Can I save the report as a PDF?

Yes. Press Print or save as PDF and choose Save as PDF in the print dialog of your browser.
