Export a file.

   Step 1.

   Open the page that holds the data: Leads, Meetings, Cards, Redirects for short links, Analytics or Funnel.

   Step 2.

   Set the filters first. The export for Leads, Meetings, Analytics and Funnel follows the filters on the page, such as stage, card, owner, period and grouping. Cards and Redirects export everything.

   Step 3.

   Press Export CSV at the top of the page. The file downloads with a name that starts with your organisation's address, such as yourcompany-leads-2026-10-15.csv.

   Step 4.

   Open the file in your spreadsheet app. A value that starts with =, +, - or @ has a leading apostrophe, so the spreadsheet does not run it as a formula.

What each file holds.

• Leads and Meetings: the rows that match your filters, newest first.
• Analytics: the view and click events behind the charts. It holds no visitor hashes and no addresses.
• Funnel: one row per group and a Total row, with counts and rates.
• Cards and Redirects: owners and admins only.

A file for Leads, Meetings or Analytics holds at most 50,000 rows, the newest first. When your filter matches more, the page says Export limited to 50,000 rows and how many rows match. Narrow the filters, for example by period, and export in parts.

Full export and leaving.

For a full export of your organisation, contact us and we send it. Views and clicks are kept for 13 months, so export older history before it rolls off. If a paid plan or the account ends, you can still export for a limited time, currently 30 days. After that we delete your organisation's data, apart from copies we must keep by law and backups that expire on their normal cycle.
